Verde.tec – Environmental Technologies Exhibition, one of Greece’s most important environmental technologies events that explores a wide range of topics on energy, the circular economy, and smart cities, took place from 17-19 March in Athens at the MEC. Our partners visited the exhibition and presented the euPOLIS project to other exhibitors, and visitors.

Professor Doulamis presented the euPOLIS article in the Ecotec magazine

The exhibition featured many examples of quality cooperation between municipalities and their citizens in reaching better, healthier, and happier cities and neighborhoods. Whether it is infrastructural support to recycling, composting, or water management, these joint actions proved that the level of cooperation and the issues addressed could be adjusted to specific needs and circumstances in each municipality.

Professor Nikolaos Doulamis and the NTUA team visited the event and introduced the euPOLIS approach to the visitors, exhibitors, and business representatives.

On this occasion, an article depicting the latest euPOLIS implementation in Mikrolimano was featured in Ecotec magazine.

This annual event has taken place since 2017 and offers insight into the latest technologies designed to achieve and secure green, sustainable development.
